Agent KPI

An agent KPI is a measurable performance indicator for a sales agent, such as follow-up activity, pipeline progress, conversion, or closed revenue.

An agent KPI is a metric used to measure how a sales agent is performing. In real estate, useful KPIs include activity completion, successful follow-ups, opportunities created, offers sent, conversion rate, closed sale value, and commission earned.

Good KPI scoring should be transparent and balanced. If the score only rewards closed revenue, managers miss the activity and pipeline behaviors that create future deals.
