Terminate leases in two controlled stages
Ending a live lease is not a simple status change. IRM365 captures move-out details, checks unclear cheques and pending dues, calculates adjustments, then completes termination only when documents and financials are clear.
- Stage 1: create termination with move-out date, penalties, damages, and adjustment preview
- Stage 2: complete only after pending installments, payables, and unclear cheques are resolved
- Generate settlement installments or payables for net amounts where needed
- Make the settlement PDF available after completion with audit history retained
