Terminate leases in two controlled stages

Ending a live lease is not a simple status change. IRM365 captures move-out details, checks unclear cheques and pending dues, calculates adjustments, then completes termination only when documents and financials are clear.

  • Stage 1: create termination with move-out date, penalties, damages, and adjustment preview
  • Stage 2: complete only after pending installments, payables, and unclear cheques are resolved
  • Generate settlement installments or payables for net amounts where needed
  • Make the settlement PDF available after completion with audit history retained
