The in-progress month reads as Under Evaluation until it closes.

Open any agent and the scorecard breaks the score open: a gauge with month-over-month delta, score composition, a conversion funnel from calls to sales, revenue-tier progress, a trailing 6-month trend, and an actual-vs-target breakdown per metric.

Admins tune metric targets, point weights, revenue achievement tiers, and rating bands, with per-agent target overrides and a preview against unsaved changes. A plan moves through a Draft → Active → Locked → Archived lifecycle. Edits are effective-dated — they take effect the next month — and closed months are frozen as snapshots, so scores stay fair and auditable.
