Every agent's monthly score is built from three categories of real CRM activity. Activity rewards outreach — calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and property viewings. Pipeline rewards progression — opportunities created and offers sent. Revenue rewards results — closed sale MOUs, scored by achievement tier. The in-progress month reads as Under Evaluation until it closes.

The leaderboard ranks the team and surfaces the top performer and rating mix. Open any agent and the scorecard breaks the score open: a gauge with month-over-month delta, score composition, a conversion funnel from calls to sales, revenue-tier progress, a trailing 6-month trend, and an actual-vs-target breakdown per metric.

Tune the plan without re-scoring the past

Admins tune metric targets, point weights, revenue achievement tiers, and rating bands, with per-agent target overrides and a preview against unsaved changes. A plan moves through a Draft → Active → Locked → Archived lifecycle. Edits are effective-dated — they take effect the next month — and closed months are frozen as snapshots, so scores stay fair and auditable.
