Activity Calendar

A real estate activity calendar that keeps every follow-up visible

Plan scheduled calls, meetings, property viewings, and due tasks in Month, Week, Day, or Agenda view. Agents see their own schedule, managers can review the team, and overdue work stays visible even when it sits on a past date.

01Plan

Choose the calendar view that fits the work

Use Month for planning, Week for the working horizon, Day for an hour-by-hour schedule, and Agenda for a compact chronological list. Navigate by date, jump back to today, and open a date directly without rebuilding filters.

  • Month, Week, Day, and Agenda show the same scheduled activities
  • Agenda is the default on phones, where a time grid would be cramped
  • Events are colour-coded by activity type and completed work is visually muted
  • Every time follows the user's profile timezone for consistent team scheduling

02Review

See the team schedule without burying overdue work

Normal hierarchy rules still apply: agents see their own activities and managers can review their team. Overdue work remains on its true past date, while a persistent review bar gathers every missed activity no matter which week is open.

  • Managers can select the whole team, themselves, or one team member
  • Narrow the grid by user, activity type, and open or completed status
  • Review every overdue activity from one panel across the selected calendar range
  • Click an event to open full activity details and the normal complete or reschedule flow

03Schedule

Catch calendar conflicts before saving the next activity

When an agent schedules a call, meeting, or viewing, IRM365 checks nearby calendar work and the standard 9:00 AM–9:00 PM window. If a time overlaps or sits outside working hours, the form names the issue while leaving the final decision with the user.

  • Flag another activity within the conflict window and show its title and time
  • Warn when the selected time falls outside 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • Keep every warning advisory — users can still save when the timing is intentional
  • The saved activity appears in both the calendar and the activities workspace

Capabilities

Everything in the Activity Calendar

A time-based planning view connected to the same activity details, completion flows, visibility rules, and profile timezone as the rest of IRM365.

Four calendar views

Switch between Month, Week, Day, and mobile-friendly Agenda views without changing the underlying activity records.

Agent and team schedules

Agents start with their own calendar; managers can view the whole team or filter to one team member.

Activity-type colours

Calls, meetings, viewings, site visits, and tasks use consistent colours for faster scanning.

Persistent overdue review

A review bar gathers overdue work across every date, so missed follow-ups do not disappear in an earlier week.

Focused filters

Filter by user, activity type, and status, with completed work available when you need to review the past.

Scheduling nudges

See an advisory when a new time overlaps another activity or falls outside 9:00 AM–9:00 PM working hours.
