Sales Pipeline

A sales pipeline is the set of stages a deal moves through from first interest to close, giving teams a visual, trackable view of every opportunity in progress.

A sales pipeline is the structured path a potential deal follows — from initial interest, through viewing and negotiation, to a signed agreement. Each stage represents where the opportunity stands and what needs to happen next.

In real estate, a clear pipeline lets managers see how many deals are in play, which are progressing, and which are stalling. Assigning a win probability to each stage turns the pipeline into a forecast of expected revenue.
