Ejari

Ejari is Dubai's mandatory system for registering tenancy contracts, giving a rental agreement official legal standing with the Dubai Land Department.

Ejari — Arabic for “my rent” — is the Dubai Land Department system that registers tenancy contracts. Registering a lease through Ejari is mandatory in Dubai and gives the agreement official standing, which is often required for utility connections, visa processes, and dispute resolution.

An Ejari registration ties the tenant, landlord, property, and rent terms to a recognized record, so the tenancy is documented rather than a private arrangement.

For agencies and property managers, that means lease data needs to be accurate and consistent — parties, unit, term, rent, and payment schedule all captured cleanly. IRM365 manages the full lease lifecycle, from contract creation and renewals to terminations and settlement, inside lease management.
