Document templates are the structured source for IRM365 PDFs: sales offers, MOUs, lease PDF templates, settlement PDFs, receipts, and invoices. Tenants start with seeded defaults, then customize templates to match legal wording and branch requirements.

Each template uses tokens like buyer name, unit number, amount, branch, payment mode, bank, agent, project, and installment fields. At PDF generation time, IRM365 replaces tokens with the actual record’s data.

Control default terms while still allowing per-record customization.
MOU and Contract templates can include a separate structured terms block. Template-level terms become the default clauses cloned into each new MOU or contract, then individual records can customize their own terms when a deal needs special wording.
- Update Terms lets admins add, edit, reorder, and delete default clauses
