01Customer Types

Create the right customer record before contracts start.

Customers are the people or companies you sign with: buyers, tenants, owners, or sellers. IRM365 supports Person and Company customer types, with the type locked at creation so legal and identity fields stay consistent through offers, MOUs, and contracts.

  • Person customers capture name, ID, nationality, gender, contact details, and address
  • Company customers link to an existing company record and legal registration details
  • Reference IDs are generated automatically and cannot be edited
  • Assigned agent ownership controls visibility through hierarchy and permissions

Find the customer record without opening every relationship.

The Customers list is searchable and filterable by the fields teams actually use in daily work: name, reference ID, phone, email, status, type, assigned agent, and branch. Users only see customers allowed by their hierarchy unless they have broader admin visibility.

03Verification

Verify identity when your tenant requires it.

If customer verification is enabled in system settings, customer detail pages can send OTP codes to email and/or mobile. Super admins can verify manually when a customer has already been checked through another channel, such as passport scan or in-person review.

  • OTP verification can run through email, mobile, or both depending on tenant setup
  • Verified flags mark the related person/customer as trusted
  • Manual verification is available to super admins for already-verified cases
  • Verification actions are recorded alongside the customer audit trail
