01Campaign Source

Tag every marketing source before the lead arrives.

Campaigns are the source layer for IRM365 leads. Paid ads, portals, owned channels, events, referrals, brokers, and manual sources can all be recorded so each enquiry keeps its origin, branch, priority, budget context, and reporting trail.

  • Types cover Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Website, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Referral, Event, Print, Radio, TV, Portal, Broker, and Other
  • Optional budgets support cost-per-lead, cost-per-won-deal, and ROI reporting
  • Default lead priority can be set at campaign level
  • Campaigns can feed Lead Assignment Rules for segment-specific routing

02Lifecycle Control

Launch, pause, and archive without losing attribution.

Campaigns move through Draft, Active, Paused, and Completed states. Active campaigns accept incoming integration leads, Paused campaigns block new ingestion temporarily, and Completed campaigns become terminal reporting records.

  • Draft campaigns stay configured but do not collect integration leads yet
  • Paused campaigns reject new integration leads while existing leads remain workable
  • Completed is terminal and archived for reporting; restart by creating a new campaign
  • Lifecycle actions are audit-trailed with actor and timestamp

03Platform Mapping

Map ad forms into clean IRM365 lead fields.

For Meta Lead Ads across Facebook and Instagram placements, plus TikTok campaigns, IRM365 stores platform campaign IDs, form IDs, and field mappings. The Fetch Form Questions action pulls platform form fields so teams can map names, phones, emails, and answers into the correct lead fields.

  • Platform Campaign ID and Platform Form ID connect paid campaigns to lead ingestion
  • Fetch Form Questions loads available platform fields where the integration supports it
  • Field mapping translates platform answers into IRM365 lead fields
  • If no active platform integration exists, teams reconnect it under Settings → Integrations

04Performance Sync

Bring spend and engagement into campaign analytics.

Supported paid platforms can sync impressions, clicks, spend, and CTR into campaign analytics. Teams can trigger Sync Insights manually from a paid campaign or rely on scheduled background syncs every few hours.

  • Manual Sync Insights calls the configured platform API and updates analytics
  • Analytics connect leads and conversions back to cost and channel performance
  • Failures expose reconnect, campaign ID, permission, or rate-limit issues
  • Linked assignment rules show how campaign leads are distributed to agents
