Best Real Estate CRM in the UAE (2026): 7 Options Compared
An honest comparison of the real estate CRMs UAE agencies actually shortlist in 2026 — IRM365, Propspace, Ruby CRM, PropCRM, Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Bitrix24 — with prices, portal integration and who each one suits.
There is no single best real estate CRM for every UAE agency. The right one depends on three things: whether you need Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle leads to arrive automatically, whether you want MOUs, leases and post-dated cheques in the same system as your leads, and whether you’re prepared to sign an annual contract or pay a partner to set it up.
This guide compares the seven CRMs UAE agencies shortlist most often in 2026. We make one of them — IRM365 — so we’ve stuck to facts each vendor publishes on its own website, linked our sources, and said plainly where a competitor does something we don’t.
The short answer
- Built for UAE real estate, monthly billing, finance included: IRM365
- Longest track record in Dubai, 12-month contract: Propspace
- Portal listing publishing and WhatsApp per agent today: Ruby CRM
- You already run on Zoho apps and have a Zoho partner: Zoho CRM
- Inbound marketing drives your growth: HubSpot
- You want CRM, chat, tasks and intranet at one flat price: Bitrix24

1. IRM365
IRM365 is a real estate CRM built in the UAE for agencies, brokerages, developers and property managers. Portal leads from Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle arrive automatically alongside Meta and TikTok lead ads, and are assigned to agents by rules. The deal side carries on in the same system: sales offers that become MOUs with approvals, leases and renewals, installments, PDCs and receipts in finance and collections, and agent commissions. It also covers staff attendance and maintenance requests, in English and Arabic.
- Price: Starter AED 499 (2 users), Teams AED 899 (5), Growth AED 1,499 (10), Scale AED 99 per user from 16 users. No VAT currently charged; 14-day free trial.
- Contract: monthly, no annual commitment.
- Not yet: publishing listings to portals, a mobile app and a public API are coming soon.
- Best for: agencies that want leads, deals and the money side in one system without a partner building it.
2. Propspace
Propspace has served Dubai agencies since 2012 and is the name most brokers already know. It integrates with the UAE portals and covers listings, leads and deals.
- Price: Broker plan AED 220 per user a month plus 5% VAT, with an AED 500 monthly minimum.
- Contract: 12-month minimum; prepaying takes 10% off one year or 25% off two.
- Best for: established agencies that value a long track record and are comfortable with an annual contract.

3. Ruby CRM
Ruby CRM is a Dubai-built CRM focused on brokers’ daily work. Its strengths today are publishing listings to four portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and Skyloov), WhatsApp per agent through the official Meta Cloud API, and an AI agent that updates lead stages from conversations.
- Price: AED 210 per user a month billed monthly, or AED 150 billed yearly; every feature on every plan; 15 days free.
- Not stated on its site: MOUs, lease contracts with PDCs, or commission tracking.
- Best for: listing-heavy brokerages where portal publishing and WhatsApp are the daily centre of work.
4. PropCRM
PropCRM is another Dubai real estate CRM. Its site describes portal leads from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle landing in one place, listing syndication and built-in WhatsApp.
- Price: not published; ask for a quote.
- Not stated on its site: MOUs, leases, PDCs or commissions.
- Best for: agencies comfortable with quote-based pricing that mainly need lead and listing management.
5. Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a flexible general CRM with the lowest price per user, and it’s free for up to three users. It has no real estate module, so UAE agencies usually hire a Zoho partner to build portal connectors and custom modules for MOUs, leases and PDCs.
- Price: from AED 51 per user a month billed annually; messaging credits for WhatsApp are extra.
- Best for: businesses already on Zoho apps with a partner who will build and maintain the real estate setup.

6. HubSpot
HubSpot is at its best running inbound marketing — content, email and landing pages. For a UAE agency, portal leads need a custom or third-party integration, WhatsApp needs a Professional tier of Marketing Hub or Service Hub, and there’s no module for MOUs, leases or PDCs.
- Price: Sales Hub Starter $7 per seat billed annually; Professional $90–100 per seat with an annual commitment and a required $1,500 onboarding.
- Best for: teams whose growth comes from inbound marketing and who sell across many markets.

7. Bitrix24
Bitrix24 bundles CRM with chat, tasks and an intranet at a flat price for up to 50 users. Portal leads come through paid apps on the Bitrix24 Market, such as PropBridge at AED 99–499 a month, and a partner-built Real Estate app covers listings and the sales funnel.
- Price: Standard $99 a month billed annually or $144 monthly, flat for up to 50 users.
- Best for: larger teams that want one all-in-one workspace and are comfortable assembling apps.

How to choose
Ask every vendor the same five questions and compare the answers side by side:
- Do Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle leads arrive automatically, or through a connector we pay for separately? Manual copying is where response time is lost.
- What happens after the offer? If MOUs, leases, installments and PDCs live in Excel, your finance team still works blind.
- What’s the year-one total? Add setup, partner work, connectors, VAT and messaging credits to the licence.
- Is there an annual contract? A monthly plan lets you prove the tool with your team before committing.
- Will you demo our real workflow? Ask them to take one portal lead through viewing, offer and MOU, not a slide deck.
